Mr. Vitale and Mr. Clarkson will present on the first major revision to the Part 360 Solid Waste Regulations in a quarter century. Specific topics of interest will include new classifications under reuse of material and construction and demolition material as well as beneficial reuse allowance and limitations.
Dr. Walsh will discuss NYC’s Pure Soil Movement and its benefits.
Mr. McCarty will discuss how the new 360 regulations can be used to minimize construction and redevelopment costs and impacts caused by transporting excavated materials and clean fill over great distances from the project site.
